We have not bought an Apple Developer ID or a Windows code-signing certificate yet, so both operating systems will warn you the first time you open the app. Here is exactly how to get past it — and, since you have the source, you can always build it yourself instead.

Open the .dmg and drag Conductore Lite to Applications. Then right-click (or Control-click) the app in Applications and choose Open, and confirm in the dialog — this only has to be done once. If macOS says the app “is damaged and can’t be opened”, clear the quarantine flag:

Run the .exe installer. When SmartScreen shows “Windows protected your PC”, click More info then Run anyway.
