Refund Policy

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from the contract and get a full refund — with one important exception that applies to digital content like Conductore Lite.

Conductore Lite is delivered immediately: a license key by email, plus builds and the full source code from your download page. Before your first download we ask you to confirm two things:

that you want us to start delivery immediately, during the 14-day period; and
that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal once that delivery begins.

This is the waiver permitted by Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m) and Portuguese DL 24/2014 art. 17(1)(i). We record the confirmation with your license record.

If you have not yet downloaded anything — no builds, no source archive, no repository invitation — your withdrawal right is intact. Email us within 14 days and we refund you in full, no questions asked.

After you have downloaded (goodwill refunds)

Once you have downloaded the software or claimed source access, the statutory withdrawal right no longer applies. We still review refund requests made within 30 days of purchase and generally grant them where the product did not work for you — for example, it does not run on your machine, or a feature does not behave as documented. We may decline a request where the source code has been claimed and there is no apparent product problem.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the software is faulty or not as described.

How to request a refund

Email webmaster@outsmartis.com with:

The email address used at checkout
Your order date (check your receipt email)
A one-line reason, if you want us to fix the problem instead

We process refunds within 1–3 business days. Stripe may take an additional 5–10 business days to return funds to your card.

What happens after a refund

When a refund is processed:

Your license key is revoked and its activations are released
Your download links stop working and any repository access is removed
Your license to the software and to the source code terminates. You must delete all copies of the application, the source code, and anything you built from it. Continuing to use or keep them is a breach of the Terms of Service.

We are honest about the mechanics here: because you receive the source code, we cannot technically prevent continued use after a refund. What ends is your legal right to use it.

Exceptions

Goodwill refunds are not available more than 30 days after the original purchase date. If you have an exceptional circumstance, contact us and we will review it case by case.
